Relentless TAS Suzuki pair Cameron Donald and Bruce Anstey will ride at the Ulster Grand Prix on 14 August.
The Moneymore-based team has completed negotiations with the Dundrod Club organisers and both riders will compete in all the main classes.
The team has not enjoyed a successful roads season by its own high standards but have salvaged one podium at the North West 200 and two at the IOM TT.
Former Dundrod lap record holder John McGuinness is not racing at the UGP.
McGuinness will not be racing as he does not have suitable machinery.
Record-breaking TT hero Ian Hutchinson heads the entry while Guy Martin hopes to be fit to race after his TT crash.
Course lap record holder Conor Cummins will miss the meeting because of injuries he sustained during the Senior TT on the Isle of Man.
Hutchinson set a new record of five TT wins in a week at this year’s event in June and will ride Padgett’s Hondas in the Superbike, Superstock and Supersport races at the UGP.
Among the other riders entered for the international road race at Dundrod are Ian Lougher, Adrian Archibald, Gary Johnson, Keith Amor, Ryan Farquhar, William Dunlop and Michael Dunlop.
